Our factory takes on the metal work that standard job shops turn down: mirror-polished stainless sculpture, large character and art toy figures, playable park and amusement pieces, exhibition structures, and outdoor architectural fixtures. We work from artist models, 3D files, or sketches, and handle forming, welding, polishing, finishing, and crating for delivery.

What We Fabricate

Six kinds of work we set the factory up for

Sculpture and public art

Mirror-polished, brushed, or painted stainless steel and alloy sculptures for plazas, lobbies, parks, and streetscapes, built to the artist's form with hidden structure and site-ready mounting.

Character and art toy figures

Oversized designer toy and mascot figures in stainless steel, alloy, or hybrid construction, with smooth compound curves, seamless joints, and durable color finishes.

Playable and amusement pieces

Interactive sculptures, climbable forms, and park equipment fabricated for daily public use: rounded edges, concealed fixings, anti-slip surfaces, and finishes that survive weather and hands.

Exhibition and museum structures

Metal frames, lightbox pavilions, fins, and display architecture for exhibitions, built to drawings and pre-assembled in the factory so installation is fast.

Outdoor architectural fixtures

Feature canopies, entrance elements, cladding details, planters, seating, and signage in stainless and alloy for commercial and public exteriors.

Difficult one-off builds

Compound curves, large spans, mirror finishes that show every flaw, and pieces that combine metal with light, glass, or acrylic. This is the work we set the factory up for.

The installations below were created by the credited artists and studios and are shown with their permission. Each one illustrates a fabrication problem we solve: mirror finishes, suspended structure, public-use durability, freeform shells, toy-style modules, or exhibition build-outs.

Process

From artist file to installed piece

Brief and files

Send sketches, a 3D model, a maquette, or reference photos with the target size, site, and finish. We confirm what is buildable and where the structure will hide.

Engineering

We model the internal frame, panel breakdown, joints, and anchoring, and return shop drawings for approval.

Samples

Finish samples for mirror, brushed, or color, and a test section for any difficult curve or seam before full production.

Fabrication

Forming, welding, grinding, polishing, and finishing in our Huizhou factory, with progress photos at each stage.

Pre-assembly and delivery

Trial assembly, protection, crating, and freight to site, with installation drawings or our own crew for GTA projects.

FAQ

Common questions about custom stainless steel fabrication

Do you fabricate from an artist's or designer's files?

Yes. Most projects start from a 3D model, drawings, or a physical maquette supplied by the artist or design studio. We engineer the structure and panel layout, return shop drawings for approval, and build to them. The artist keeps full authorship of the work.

What finishes can you achieve on stainless steel?

Mirror polish, hairline and brushed finishes, bead blast, PVD colors such as gold, bronze, and black, powder coat, and painted finishes. We send physical samples before production so the finish is agreed on metal rather than on screen.

Can you make large character or art toy figures?

Yes. Large figures are built over an internal frame with formed stainless or alloy skins, or in hybrid construction where a smoother surface is needed. Seams are ground and blended before finishing so the form reads as one piece.

Is the work suitable for outdoor and public use?

Outdoor and public pieces are built in 316 or 304 stainless steel with sealed seams, rounded edges, concealed fixings, and engineered base plates for anchoring. We design for weather, cleaning, and daily contact from the start.

Where do you ship and install?

Pieces are crated at our factory and shipped worldwide. In the Greater Toronto Area our own team can handle site installation. Elsewhere we supply installation drawings and support the local crew.

Were the reference works on this page made by Elite Fixtures?

No. They are works by the credited artists and studios, shown with permission to illustrate the type, scale, and finish quality of fabrication we take on. Our own fabrication footage is in the video on this page, and project references can be shared on request.

A 3D file, sketch, or maquette, the target dimensions, where the piece will live, and the finish you have in mind are enough for a first review. We reply with what is buildable, how the structure hides, and a quotation path.
