Quotes and pricing

How much does a custom mall kiosk or fixture cost?

There is no fixed price list, because every kiosk is quoted from its own design. The cost depends on size, structure, surface materials and coatings (for example food-contact or cosmetic-resistant surfaces), glass and security, lighting and electrical certification, indoor or outdoor use, and quantity. See our mall kiosk cost guide for the full breakdown.

What information should I prepare before requesting a quote?

Send what the fixtures will display, store or kiosk dimensions, the mall or site guidelines, reference images, preferred materials, number of locations, and the date everything must be installed. Rough information is fine to start.

Can you help even if we only have an idea and no drawings yet?

Yes. We can start from sketches, inspiration images, rough plans, or a short written brief and turn that into a layout, 3D renders, and production drawings.

Do you only make one type of fixture?

No. We build complete store packages: wall systems, glass display cases, counters, gondolas, clothing racks, mall kiosks, shelving, and mixed-material feature units, plus high-difficulty custom stainless steel work.

Design

How many design revisions are included?

Three rounds of design revisions are included free of charge; additional rounds are charged per round. Once the order is confirmed the design is locked, and any change requested after that is re-priced before it goes ahead.

Can I change the design after the order is confirmed?

Not without a new price. The design is locked once the order is confirmed and production is booked; if you need a change after that, we quote it first and only proceed once you approve.

Do you prepare drawings for mall landlord approval?

Yes. We prepare plans, elevations, renders, and material and lighting notes in the format most malls request, and revise them if the landlord comments.

Lead time

How long does a custom kiosk or fixture project take?

Plan for at least 75 days for a custom mall kiosk or fixture project, and start about four months before your opening if you can. Rush production from about 50 days is possible at a higher cost. The 75-day standard minimum assumes quick design approval and an open factory schedule; landlord review, extra design rounds, and busy production periods all add time.

Our opening is less than 75 days away. Should we still contact you?

Yes. Our standard minimum is 75 days, and rush production from about 50 days is possible at a higher cost. If your date is shorter than that, we will tell you straight away rather than accept an order we cannot deliver on time.

Payment and warranty

What is your payment schedule and deposit?

Our standard payment schedule is 30% deposit to start design, a further 60% (90% in total) before production starts, and the final 10% when the shipment arrives in your destination country. Before shipping, we assemble the order in the factory so you can see the real result.

What warranty do you provide?

Our custom kiosks and fixtures typically carry a 10-year warranty for indoor use. Many builds use high-strength stainless steel and quality timber, and for outdoor use we select corrosion-resistant materials based on your location and local climate. Final warranty terms are confirmed in each quotation.

Can fixtures be used outdoors?

Yes, when they are designed for it. For outdoor or semi-outdoor use we choose corrosion-resistant materials and finishes based on the installation location and local weather, so tell us at the quotation stage.

Shipping and installation

Do fixtures ship assembled or knocked down?

Kiosks and fixtures ship knocked down (flat-packed) in protected modules, not fully assembled. Every order includes a detailed English installation manual and guidance, and each module is labelled so the kiosk goes back together in the right order.

Do you install in the United States and Canada?

Our own installation team can install anywhere in Canada; projects in the Greater Toronto Area, where the team is based, are the simplest and usually cost less to install. In the United States we do not have an installation crew: you hire local installers, and we can send one of our engineers to guide them on site. The engineer supervises and answers technical questions but does not carry out the physical work.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Orders are packed for export in protected, labelled modules and shipped from our factory in Huizhou, China. We coordinate freight and can group shipments by store or location.

Can you handle multi-store rollouts?

Yes. Once the first design is approved, the same drawings, materials, and packing are repeated for each location with the footprint adjusted to the site, which keeps every store consistent.

Electrical and compliance

Are your electrical components UL, ETL, or CSA listed?

Yes. We can supply lighting and electrical components to UL, ETL, or CSA requirements for the United States and Canada, and to European requirements for EU projects. Tell us the destination and any mall or inspector requirements at the quotation stage so the right components are specified.

Who connects the kiosk or fixture to power on site?

Lighting and internal wiring are completed at the factory and we provide a wiring diagram. The final connection to the building supply should be made by a licensed local electrician.

Working with us

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer. Production happens in our own factory in Huizhou, Guangdong, China, with project coordination from our Canada office in Markham, Ontario.

Which industries do you work with most often?

Fragrance and beauty, jewelry and watches, optical, apparel, food and beverage, museums, and brands opening mall kiosks, along with other commercial interiors that need custom fixtures.
